Essential:
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, BEd or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant setting.
- Proven track record of effective classroom practice and student progress.
- Strong understanding of inclusive, data-driven teaching strategies.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to engage in wider school life.
- Commitment to reflective practice and ongoing professional development.
Desirable:
- Experience teaching within a British or international curriculum school.
- Knowledge of KHDA or other UAE education frameworks.
- Experience in developing and implementing Key Stage 3 English curriculum.
