About the Role

Essential:

- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, BEd, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in primary education.
- Strong track record of effective teaching and positive student outcomes.
- Ability to teach confidently across Years 4–6.
- Understanding of data-informed teaching and inclusive strategies.
- Willingness to contribute to co-curricular and whole-school initiatives.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills.

Desirable:

- Experience in British or international curriculum schools.
- Familiarity with UAE inspection and curriculum frameworks (KHDA/DSIB).

We are seeking a reflective, dynamic, and highly competent Cycle 3 Teacher to join a growing primary department. The successful candidate will plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity, challenge thinking, and build essential skills for success in an ever-changing world.


Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Learning

  • Plan and deliver purposeful, inclusive, and challenging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England.

  • Use assessment data, observations, and student voice to personalise learning and track progress.

  • Reflect regularly on teaching strategies and implement improvements to maximise student outcomes.

  • Create a classroom environment that encourages independence, celebrates diversity, and supports risk-taking.

Contribution to School Culture

  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure curriculum progression and cohesion.
